For sales reps on HubSpot

Never open your CRM again.

Your sales chief of staff, always on, in WhatsApp. It briefs you in the morning, nudges you before every meeting, leaves your follow-ups as drafts in Gmail, and updates HubSpot from a voice note.

No new app. No tabs. Your CRM stays correct and you never look at it.

What it does

Four loops. One chat. The CRM takes care of itself.

Everything below happens in the WhatsApp thread you already have open. Nothing asks you to log in anywhere.

  1. 01Morning brief

Reads HubSpot and your calendar. Writes nothing.

One message with your day in it: meetings, what's due, which deals have gone quiet, and the one thing that matters most. Ranked, not listed.

  2. 02Before the meeting

Reads HubSpot, Gmail and your calendar. Writes nothing.

The context you'd otherwise dig for, delivered while you're walking to the call: who's on it, what was said last time, what's open in the deal.

  3. 03After the meeting

Writes to HubSpot, after you say yes.

Press the mic and say what happened. The agent turns it into a deal update, shows you exactly what it heard, and writes it to HubSpot when you reply yes. Stage, next step, close date, notes, tasks. Thirty seconds instead of ten minutes at a laptop.

  4. 04The follow-up, drafted

Writes to your Gmail drafts. You send.

The follow-up email is already sitting in your drafts, written from what you just said. Read it, fix a line, send. Nothing leaves your account unless you press the button.

Follow-up to Lena and Marcus is in your Gmail drafts. Answers the onboarding question, confirms pricing by Thursday.

    SubjectOnboarding, and pricing by Thursday

    Hi Lena, Marcus,

Thanks for the time today. On onboarding: most teams are live within two weeks, with one workshop in the first week.

    I'll send pricing by Thursday.

    Best,
    Alex

How it works

It reads freely. It writes only with your say-so.

A CRM you don't look at has to be a CRM you can trust. So the loops are ordered by how much they are allowed to touch.

What it connects to

Pipedrive and Salesforce after HubSpot, if enough of you ask.

Who it's for

Founder-sellers and sales teams of one to ten who run on HubSpot. People who are good at closing and bad at logging it. If you've ever updated 14 deals on a Friday afternoon from memory, this is for you.

Early access

We're onboarding a handful of reps by hand first.

You send voice notes, we make sure HubSpot ends up right, and we learn what you actually say after a meeting. Free while we do.

Message us on WhatsApp

Scan with your phone. WhatsApp opens with your first message ready to send. Or open WhatsApp on this computer.

Send the message that's ready for you, answer one quick question, and we'll message you right there when your spot opens.

Questions
Does it send emails for me?

No. It writes drafts into your Gmail. You read and send. That stays true even on autopilot.

What if it hears the voice note wrong?

It shows you what it's about to log before it logs it. Reply with the correction in plain words. "Close date is mid November" is enough.

Do I still need the HubSpot app?

For reports and dashboards, yes. For keeping your deals correct day to day, no. That's the point.

Does my whole team have to use it?

No. It connects to your HubSpot user and your calendar. Your colleagues see cleaner data and nothing else changes for them.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access. After that, a per-seat price that's less than one lunch with a prospect.

Who's behind it?

pocketsized.ai in Sweden. The same agent already runs retail store managers' days from WhatsApp. gtmmaxxing is us pointing it at sales.
